Nechyporenko urine analysis is an analysis that is the most accessible and informative method for diagnosing the functional state of the kidneys and urinary tract, in particular, it allows you to determine the presence of leukocytes, erythrocytes, and cylinders in 1 ml of urine.
When the kidneys and urinary tract function is impaired, the body's water balance is disrupted, the composition of the blood changes, and a general malfunction of organ systems occurs.

How to prepare for the analysis?

There is no special preparation for a Nechiporenko urine test.
Before collecting urine, you should thoroughly wash your genitals (wash with soap under running water). On the eve, you should avoid physical and emotional stress.
For analysis, collect a mid-morning portion of urine - first pee a little into the pot, then into a sterile dry container, and the rest of the urine into the pot. The container can be purchased at a pharmacy or the “Mother’s House” clinic.
The day before the test, it is not recommended to consume foods that can change the color of urine (carrots, beets, rhubarb, bay leaves), salty and fatty foods, and diuretics. It is undesirable for women to take the test during menstruation.
The day before the test, you should stop taking any medications. You should not overcool or overheat.<br>
Urine collected for analysis must be delivered to the laboratory within 2 hours.
