Use of Rotarix vaccine
The vaccination course consists of 2 doses (dose - 1.5 ml). The first dose can be used in children from 6 weeks of age. The interval between the 1st and 2nd doses should be at least 4 weeks. The course of vaccination should be completed before the child reaches the age of 24 weeks.
If the child regurgitates or spits out almost the entire dose, this dose can be replaced once during the same vaccination. It is strongly recommended that infants who receive the first dose of Rotarix vaccine complete a 2-dose Rotarix vaccination regimen. The vaccine is for oral use only. In no case can it be administered as an injection.
Before vaccination, an examination of the child is indicated, to exclude contact with SARS patients.
Patients should be under medical supervision for 30 minutes after administration of the vaccine.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine, if complications were detected after previous vaccination, the presence in the anamnesis of intestinal intussusception, congenital defects of the gastrointestinal tract, congenital fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltose deficiency, severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID).

Diarrhea and irritability may occur after vaccination.
In the presence of mechanical inclusions or a strange color of the solution, the use of the vaccine is unacceptable.
